Leaning Tower of Pisa
2017
25.000 BRICKS
REALIZZATA IN COLLABORAZIONE CON ORANGETEAM LUG
Built together with the team of OrangeTeam LUG in Pisa, the Tower of Pisa is the first project made by Luca in which it is addressed the theme of roundness, extremely complex given the intrinsic orthogonality of the Lego® brick: along all 57 meters high of the famous original monument, in fact, dominates the curved line, with turns of blind arches and six floors of loggias. In particular, the top floor of the Tower, which has a dodecagonal structure of which 6 sides are double the other 6.
Even the iconic 4 gradients of the Tower have been faithfully reproduced without the help of any external component, but only thanks to a clever use of Lego® bricks.
